About the event
The City is re-tooling their Technical Advisory Group (TAG) ahead of the first step in the Code Development Progress, and have asked that KBAC be represented on this group. The TAG, which was established by the city in 2023, includes outside stakeholders that have a technical background and knowledge of the city's land use regulations. (But this is not required!)
The TAG provides input and guidance on proposed changes to regulations including but not limited to practicality of regulations, potential impacts on homeowners, businesses and the development community, and lessons learned from other communities. The TAG is an advisory group, whose recommendations are presented to the Planning and Zoning Commission, Historic Preservation Commission, and City Council for their decision-making process.
The city anticipates a total of four to five 2-hour meetings over the next year with the first meeting scheduled for Tuesday, October 14 from 9AM to 10:30AM.During this first…
